Egress Window Installation in Bethesda, Maryland

This job in Bethesda, Maryland we installed a European, tilt and turn egress window with a white Boman N Kemp corrugated steel window well. When we cut open the foundation, we found a lot of electric wires that needed to be moved in order for the window to go in. So, we had our electrician install two junction boxes and cut the wires to reroute them and then patch the drywall and finished the window inside and out. We connected to a drain tile and installed a pump system for a second drain. The clients love their new legal and safe bedroom with an egress window they can easily get out of in case of an emergency.
